Back to School Health Tips

Hey there!

So almost everyone has about a month or so left before we head back to our respective colleges and universities and its not too late to start getting in shape and getting into good habits!
One month isn't going to get you in perfect shape for school, but its a great place to start!

Here are some good tips!
- Get into the habit of exercising at least a few days a week. Go for a run or a walk, swim some laps, lift weights, ride your bike, play sports with your friends- anything you want! Just be active!
(For example- I go running 5 days a week and also do some light weights 5 days a week)

- Start trying to eat a little healthier. If you're one of those people who loves to snack on chocolate chip cookies and potato chips and eats fast food a few days a week, try to cut back. Switch the cookies for something like mixed nuts and replace those chips with some fresh fruit! You don't have to totally cut unhealthy food out of your life, just try not to eat it as often.

-If you start exercising and eating healthier now, you have a better chance of carrying on those habits when you get to school :)
